Floor Level HP Therm: Samopoziomujący się zaprawa specyficzna dla systemów ogrzewania podłogowego

Floor Level HP Therm: Samopoziomujący się zaprawa specyficzna dla systemów ogrzewania podłogowego

Floor Level HP Therm Floor Level HP Therm is a self-levelling modified-polymer cement mortar having fibre-reinforcement, with high thermal conductivity, fast-acting hold and rapid hardening. Applied prior to laying the flooring, it is perfect for levelling at thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 15 mm so as to adapt to any type of covering. Particularly suitable for radiant flooring. The perfect pourability, fluidity and self-levelling properties of the mortar facilitate the coating operations, to quickly attain perfect planarity. By casting the product on the substrate and helping to spread the self-levelling product with a putty knife, the resulting surface is perfectly smooth thanks to the fine granulometry of the silica aggregate (with a maximum size of 0.5 mm). Floor Level HP Therm is additivated with shrinkage reducers and fibre-reinforced with special anti-cracking glass microfilaments, being alkali resistant and with a high content of zirconium (READYMESH technology), metal microfibres 6 millimetres in length, and iron-silicate microaggregates with high volumic mass, all to confer exceptional dimensional stability to the product. As an additive, Floor Level HP Therm has a special high-flexibility powder adhesive that ensures the product bonds to various media without affecting the self-levelling characteristics and breathability to water vapour. The swift development of mechanical resistors ensures the immediate progression of construction operations and walkability just a few hours after application (approximately 4-5 hours at 20° C). Fast drying means the floor coverings and finishing operations can be applied sooner – always checking the moisture content of the hardened mortar with a calcium carbide hygrometer or electrical hygrometer and bearing in mind that the latter provides merely indicative values that should be calibrated on the product in advance. Floor Level HP Therm can be used to shave uneven substrates to be levelled then subsequently covered with various types of flooring (ceramic tiles, marble, wood, plastic material, and so on), especially in cases where speed of execution is required and the finished flooring needs high resistance to loads and heavy traffic, along with high thermal conductivity and extensive levelling density. Some substrate examples include: • concrete slabs and cement screeds; • anhydrite substrates; • heated floors; • existing concrete flooring, terrazzo tiles, natural stones, magnesite. • existing ceramic flooring with the substrates subject to priming with two-component Syntech RGS resin (consumption approximately 1.2 kilograms/m2) and casting of Floor Level HP Therm on wet resin. Also suitable for particularly stressed areas of application, such as foundations subjected to intense dynamic-vibrational stress. The surfaces on which the product is to be applied must be cleaned of dust, free from contamination, paints, loose and crumbly parts, and so on. Adopt effective mechanical measures to remove residues that could impact upon product adhesion. On media with standard absorption, slightly wet the substrate with water to clean the surface and favour the bonding of Floor Level HP Therm. If the substrate is particularly absorbent, weak and crumbly or whereby it is not possible to slightly wet, prime the surfaces with the special aqueous resin dispersion Bond Plus, preferably spreading the product with a rigid-bristle brush to promote penetration into the base. In all cases where surfaces are primed with Bond Plus, the application of Floor Level HP Therm must take place “wet-on-wet” immediately after the first priming — with a consumption of Bond Plus at about 200 grams/square metres. On non-absorbent, vitrified, ceramised bases – such as ceramic or klinker tiles – prime surfaces with the bicomponent Syntech RGS resin (with a consumption of 1.2 kilograms/m2) and apply Floor Level HP Therm onto the resin whilst still fresh. Floor Level HP Therm is pumpable but, since the product has accelerated grip, the casting must be continuous and without interruption (with the pump to be entirely emptied before any stoppage to the pumping lasting more than 10 minutes). Approximately 1.8 kilograms/square metre of Floor Level HP Therm is needed for every millimetre of thickness to be achieved. Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit: €/kg
Armaglass Connector Twin: Złączka włókna szklanego z gwintem na obu końcach i odpornym na alkalia

Armaglass Connector Twin: Złączka włókna szklanego z gwintem na obu końcach i odpornym na alkalia

Armaglass Connector Twin Alkali-resistant fibreglass connector with rigid pre-formed central segment and double-threaded ends. Suitable for the structural reinforcement of brickwork, arches and vaults in masonry, tuff and stone, in combination with ARMAGLASS STRUCTURA fibreglass mesh and mortars such as Unisan, Intosana and the REPAR family. It is used as a conduit for connecting the two sides of structural plaster (with the “structural sandwich” technique). Armaglass Connector Twin is mainly used in plastering reinforced with sandwich systems comprised of mortars and fibreglass mesh. The rigid central section is available in segments of different lengths (200, 300, 400, 500 or 600 mm), while the two threaded ends are fixed at 200 mm in length. The ends are thus able to be opened radially and form an anchorage area of 400 mm in diameter. This method of connecting the two sides of the structural sandwich requires low-invasive preparatory operations, being easy to carry out and consequently resulting in low installation costs. The Armaglass Connector Twin is used to reinforce masonry, arches and vaults in brick, tuff and stone. It is used as a through-connection for joining two sides of a structural plastering (employing the “structural sandwich” technique). Ensure that the substrate is robust and free from loose parts. With any existing deteriorated plaster, strip the surface until restoring the masonry. Create through-holes on the section to be reinforced, using a rotating drill bit or core drill. The diameter of the hole should be equal to that of the connector plus at least 6 mm. The number of pass-through connections is to be determined by the drafter (usually between 3 to 5 connections/m2). Do not use percussion tools for drilling through-holes. Once formed, proceed with a proper blowing and suction of the hole to eliminate any debris. Secure the connector with hydraulic lime-based grouts (such as our Sanafluens), cement-based grouts (like our Grout Cable) or with chemical anchors (such as our Syntech Profix). Wet the substrate and apply an initial coat of mortar by hand or with a plastering machine until reaching a thickness of about 1.5 centimetres. Be quite vigorous if working manually or – even better – with a plaster spray machine, leaving the surface of the mortar sufficiently rough, without any smoothing operations, to facilitate the adhesion of the subsequent layer. Place the primed alkaline-resistant fibreglass mesh of the ARMAGLASS line (see the technical data sheet of the chosen product), placing it on the still-fresh mortar by passing the connector between the bars of the mesh and opening the ends of the same in accordance with a radial distribution. Finish with the application of a second coat of mortar at a thickness of about 1.5 centimetres. The temperature of the substrate must be between +5° C and +35° C. Do not apply at temperatures of around 0° C. Product to be purchased as needed. Packaging: bulk - 20x30x20 Unit: €/piece

Repairs, reconstructions and anchorages for fast re-use, in road works and in concrete, even in severe weather conditions and at low temperatures. Quick anchoring of metal partitions and elements, grouts, equipment installation, street manhole covers, etc. The surfaces should be clean and free of any soiling, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust, salt efflorescence, milt of cement etc., free of oils, greases, properly hardened and compact. An adequate roughening of the surfaces by scarifying, sandblasting etc. is always necessary in order to obtain the maximum adhesion values to the substrate. The optimal values are obtained with high pressure hydro-scarification. Bare the irons undergoing disruptive oxidation or deeply oxidized, removing the rust of the exposed irons (by sandblasting or abrasive brushes). Given the peculiarities of the product, it is advisable to adjust the mixing water as required from time to time, taking care not to make the product too fluid. Pour about 15% of water on the weight of the bag in the mixer, gradually add the product and the water still required, until the desired consistency is obtained. Continue to mix until a homogenous lump-free mixture is obtained. Approximately 21,50 kg/m² of Grout 447 SFR for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 2150 kg per cubic metre). Packaging: 25 kg bag Unit: €/kg
Readymesh PF: Monofilamento trenzado de macrofibra estructural para suelos industriales

Readymesh PF: Monofilamento trenzado de macrofibra estructural para suelos industriales

Readymesh PF Readymesh PF is a stranded structural polyolefin macro-fibre, high-performance, specific for the realisation of continuous surfaces made of concrete, it can also be used in replacement of traditional steel reinforcement. The texture, length and surface finishing of Readymesh PF was designed and developed specifically for "exposed" applications, such as industrial floors made of concrete. Readymesh PF are available in two different lengths: Readymesh PF-180 = 18 mm; Readymesh PF-540 = 54 mm. The addition of Readymesh PF to the mixture gives the concrete and the resulting manufacture a greater resistance to the forces of traction/bending, reduces the risk of breakage and "spalling" of the concrete component in the corners and edges, drastically reduces the phenomenon of cracks due to shrinkage during the first hours of curing of the concrete. The particular shape and consistency, allows Readymesh PF not to interfere with the process of mechanical floating typical of industrial floors made of concrete, thus allowing a good surface finish. In addition, the use of Readymesh PF instead of the traditional armour of steel is a great saving of costs of material and installation times (in addition to being lighter, environmentally friendly and safe than electrowelded mesh). Industrial flooring, also in replacement of steel mesh. Prefabrication. Widespread three-dimensional high anisotropy reinforcement of concretes in general. Add the fibres to the concrete during mixing. Mix, with the drum of the mixer truck at full speed, for at least one minute for each m³ of concrete. The dosage, depending on the use, is normally included between 1 to 6 kg/m³ In the case of industrial flooring. Variable according to the performance to be achieved in the industrial flooring to be built (on average 1 to 2 kg for each cubic metre of concrete). Packaging: 1 kg bag UM: €/kg

Consilex San: Realkalizujący, wzmacniający, ochronny, utwardzacz do betonu

Consilex San: Realkalizujący, wzmacniający, ochronny, utwardzacz do betonu

Consilex San Reactive, colourless mineral solution for preliminarily re-alkalising and reinforcing concrete surfaces to be restored. It is an inorganic, mineral compound chemical affine with concretes. It reacts with alkali hydrates alkaline and with water, present in the porosity of concretes, mortars and plasters, forming stable silicate gels, which hermetically and lastingly seal the capillary lattice. Consilex San waterproofs and reinforces the conglomerate both at superficial level and in more internal layers, preventing the penetration of water, harsh solutions etc., it protects the structures from the consequences of freeze-thaw cycles, from harsh processes resulting from the use of antifrost de-icing salts in road works, further facilitating the removal of ice incrustations. Through re-alkalisation, hardening, consolidation, conservative maintenance of plasters to base lime and cement, concrete, paving, reservoirs, pipes, tanks, vessels, bridges, viaducts, tunnels, retaining walls, parking areas, airport runways and motorway. Accurate dedusting and saturation with water, for achieving the condition "dry surface saturation". Saturation is particularly important: the product reacts with substances placed in water solution and uses the same water for forming the gel. Spray-apply with a low pressure airless pump on cement surfaces to be treated. For deep reinforcement, apply several coats taking care to apply each coat when the previous begins to dry out. It can dull aluminium and glass surfaces, ceramised tiles, etc., which must then be protected by taping or other, during application. Do not apply on mineral surfaces (like plaster and bricks) destined to be visible, without carrying out a preliminary test, as you latent salts may crystallise! Apply from 0.15 to 0.30 kg of Consilex San per square metre of surface to be treated. Packaging: 10 kg can UM: €/kg
Mikrosana: Koloidalny wapń i aktywna krzemionka do iniekcji konsolidacyjnych

Mikrosana: Koloidalny wapń i aktywna krzemionka do iniekcji konsolidacyjnych

Mikrosana Mikrosana is a mixture of cement-free binders, recommended for injecting consolidation of brick, stone and mixed structures. Its hydraulic grip is based on the active lime-microsilica reaction and the presence of hydraulic calcium free of harmful soluble salts. Its exceptional fluidity, coupled with extremely small particle size, allows it to penetrate less than 1.5 mm pores and cracks. The addition of natural and artificial pozzolans allows progressive hydration and hardening beyond the standard 28 days of ripening. Mikrosana, thanks to its particular constituents, is totally compatible with old mortars, which makes its use particularly recommended for the injection consolidation of antique plasters, even in the presence of frescoes. "• Extremely low hydration heat; • High water vapour permeability; • Low elastic modulus; • Good mechanical resistance with slow and gradual mechanical resistance development; • High support adhesion; • Extremely fine binders and aggregates that allow high penetration crack and porous injections; • Well-distributed structural consolidation and rebalancing across the entire masonry body; • Compatibility with antique plasters and traditional materials; • No expansive crystallization reactions or rejection by standard antique masonry materials; • Absolutely no bleeding (mix water separation)." "Mikrosana is used for consolidating and re-adhesive injections of antique and frescoed plasters and as a grout for consolidation and rehabilitation injections of brick, stone and mixed structures. Particularly recommended for antique wall structures with issues of compatibility between wall structure components and standard cement-based or epoxy-based reinforcement injections. When applying consolidating injections in sizeable antique masonry volumes, it is recommended to avoid: • The hardening of some injected areas faster than others (e.g. use of rapid hardening cement) • Water vapour barriers that interfere with the normal breathability of the wall structure (e.g. use of epoxy resin injections); • Stressing the wall structure with excessive heat build-up during the hardening of binding mixtures (e.g. use of extra-fine Portland cement). • Chemical incompatibility with materials in the wall structure (e.g. potential formation of sulfoaluminates, such as ettringite and thaumasite, from the reaction between sulphates in the wall structure and Portland cement)." "Before consolidating injections, joint grouting and masonry cracks must be sealed to prevent the injected material from leaking out. This can be done in the following ways: • By providing, if plastering, a Untersana rendering coat or plaster made on site using the natural hydraulic lime CALCESANA; • By performing, if the masonry is to left exposed, perfect pointing of joints and discontinuities (e.g. cracks, dents, gaps) with one of the following mortars: Sanazieg, Sanalink or Unisan (to be chosen depending on the structural needs and characteristics of the antique mortars in the wall structure). After sealing the discontinuities, make a pattern of holes, with a slightly downward incline, in correspondence with the mortar joints. Usually 4-6 holes are made per square metre with approximately 50cm separation and 20mm diameter. However, the exact arrangement and diameter of holes, angle of inclination, depth of penetration and any reinforcement of holes is to be decided by the designer and works manager, according to decisions based on structure type, degradation and intended result. After blowing out disintegrated mortar and dust, wet the holes with water. Then insert plastic tubes (diameter 10 to 30 mm as needed) to convey the injection mixture well inside the holes. The tubes must be fixed to the masonry with one of the following mortars: Sanazieg, Sanalink or Unisan." "Mixing: Mikrosana mixing must be carried out with a high efficiency mechanical stirrer (e.g. twin-helix mixer with speed variator), with correct minimum/maximum water ratios (from 20% to 23% based on the weight of the premix), for at least three minutes. Mikrosana acquires exceptional fluidity only after effective mixing. Once the desired consistency has been obtained, it is recommended to pass the mix through a 2 mm mesh sieve (or similar) to remove any lumps before injecting. Injecting: Injecting can be performed using gravity or mechanical means, from the lower holes first up to the higher ones, and with a pressure limited to sub 2 atm. If using mechanical means, pumping must be adjustable to low pressures. The mixture has a long useful life (> 1 hour), but it is recommended to keep it moving during work pauses and to stop using it after more than 3 hours, since, though not visible to the eye naked, it can begin to lose its exceptional fluidity and ability to penetrate into micro-cavities and micro-cracks." Approximately 1400 kg of Mikrosana for each cubic metre of volume to be filled. Packaging: 25 kg bag UM: €/kg

Armaproof Membrana: Membrana wodoodporna o właściwościach antykruszących z polietylenu i tkaniny nietkanej

Armaproof Membrana: Membrana wodoodporna o właściwościach antykruszących z polietylenu i tkaniny nietkanej

Armaproof Membrane Anti-cracking waterproof membrane to be laid before laying ceramic, natural stone and parquet coverings. In combination with the other products of the I.T.W.S (Integral Terrace Waterproofing System) system, it creates perfect and long-lasting waterproofing even on cracked, not perfectly cured or with possible vapor tensions due to residual humidity coming from the substrates. Crack bridging, vapor management and sound absorption are the distinctive characteristics of this innovative waterproof membrane. Armaproof Membrane is an innovative waterproof membrane formed by the union of two different non-woven fabrics, coupled with a polyethylene membrane. The deformability under stress of the membrane (crack-bridging) allows the compensation of potential tensions from hygrometric shrinkage and thermal deformation of the substrate, thus facilitating the management of contraction joints present in the substrate. The non-woven fabric of the upper surface (light color), in polypropylene, and that of the lower surface (dark color), in polypropylene/polyester, allow optimal adhesion of our cementitious adhesive Osmokoll Mono (certified adhesive C2TES1), recommended both for gluing the membrane to the substrate and for gluing tiles above the membrane. The special configuration, together with its material conformation, promote extremely resistant and durable chemical and mechanical adhesion of our Osmokoll Mono glue, among other things with glue consumption reduced by 30-40% compared to other systems on the market. The management of the steam potentially present in the support is also facilitated, which finds an outlet through the fibres of the non-woven fabric and the porosity of the adhesive. The special shape of the membrane is also highlighted in the extremely limited thickness, just 1.8 mm, which makes it extremely easy to handle, making it easier to install. Its sound-absorbing characteristics complete the characteristics of the Armaproof Membrane membrane, making it unique in its sector. The waterproofing system is completed with the Elastotex 120 Cloth elastic band, which is used across the area where two membranes meet and in the perimeter parts between the wall and the floor, in contact with columns, pillars, architectural elements protruding from the installation surface, drains, etc., gluing using Osmokoll Mono. Waterproofs any surface, both old and new, even if cracked or subject to dimensional movements caused by hygrometric shrinkage or thermal deformations. Waterproofing of internal and external surfaces with compensation of vapour pressure before laying ceramic tile, natural stone and parquet coverings for commercial/industrial uses (warehouses, shopping centres, food industries, canteens) and for civil uses (balconies, terraces, flat roofs). Large surfaces such as flat roofs or roof slabs. Check the adequacy of the mechanical performance and the surface consistency of the laying substrate. Check the anchoring and cleaning of old flooring by eliminating all potentially detaching substances, dirt, surface patinas. Check that the movements of the contraction joints and cracks in the substrate are ≤ 1.5 mm. Respect the structural movement joints (the membrane is able to compensate for the movements caused by the hygrometric shrinkage of the screeds, up to a maximum of 1.5 mm, but is not suitable for supporting the movements expected in the structural joints). In these cases, interrupt the membrane and connect its edges to the structural joint. Check with a carbide hygrometer that the residual humidity of the screed is less than 8%. In outdoor applications, in the event of rain in the days before laying the membrane, check with a carbide hygrometer that at least the first 2 cm of the top of the screed have humidity < 4%. Do not apply in the presence of stagnant water puddles. Use 1 m² of Armaproof Membrane for each m² of surface to be covered. Packaging: Roll of 15 m2 UM: €/m2

Readymesh MR : Mikro włókna pokryte mosiężną powłoką do strukturalnych konglomeratów cementowych

Readymesh MR Brass-plated steel micro-fibres, obtained by cutting metal wire, for structural reinforcement of cement-based conglomerates in general. Readymesh MR is a very thin brass-plated steel wire with a diameter of 0.22 mm and a length of 6 or 20 mm, mainly used for reinforcing concrete and high-performance mortars. Readymesh MR are available in two different lengths: Readymesh MR-060 = 6 mm; Readymesh MR-200 = 20 mm. The addition of Readymesh MR improves the mechanical properties of the conglomerate in terms of ductility, mechanical performance, energy absorption, toughness, fatigue and wear resistance. They also help control the plastic shrinkage in the conglomerate (cracking) and reduce or eliminate the need for conventional reinforcements such as electro-welded meshes. The Readymesh MR micro-fibres are widely used as main and unique reinforcement for low thickness structural mortars, sprayed plasters and concretes (shotcrete, spritz-beton), precast concrete products. Readymesh MR fibres will be added to the conglomerate during mixing in a gradual manner, avoiding immediate introduction of the whole quantity of fibre required. Having introduced the Readymesh MR fibre, continue with mixing for at least another 3 minutes so that the distribution is uniform in the mixture. Variable according to the type of work to be carried out and/or performance to be achieved. Packaging: 20 kg bag Unit: €/kg

Grout 6 HP SFR: Zaprawa 6 HP SFR: Betoniarka strukturalna z kontrolowanym skurczem do super zakotwienia

Grout 6 HP SFR Grout 6 HP SFR is a fibre-reinforced high-performance castable mortar, equipped with mechanical compressive and flexotraction resistance far superior to normal structural mortars. It is used for repairs, replenishments, strengthening concrete reinforcement and special works in FRC. The mix of special metal fibres (Readymesh MM-150) and synthetic fibres (Readymesh PM-060) is able to drastically reduce or even eliminate plastic-hygrometric shrinkage and the development of exceptional characteristics of ductility, fracture energy, resistance to shock and dynamic stress. With very low water-binder ratios, Grout 6 HP SFR makes it possible to achieve compacting and hyperfluid rheologies that favour the movement of the mortar and the perfect filling of reinforced sprays, even with narrow spaces between the bars. The microsilica with pozzolanic activity increases the cohesion of the mixture with typical anti-segregating and anti-run-off effect. The particular fineness of the hydraulic binders contained in the formula promotes adherence to the substrate and has an effect of enlarging the fibrous components. The fibre mix offers strong ductility, toughness and flexotraction resistance to the castings performed with Grout 6 HP SFR. With regard to the ANTICORROSIVE and PROTECTIVE FUNCTION ON THE REINFORCEMENT BARS, the main features of Grout 6 HP SFR are: • the mix of high-strength superfine binders, combined with very fine silicas with pozzolanic activities, to render the mortars intrinsically impermeable to water at the end of the hardening process; • The strongly alkaline pH (> 12) protects the reinforcement bars from triggering corrosion; • The negligible breathability of the carbon dioxide ensures hardened mortars with extremely prevalent anti-carbonation characteristics. Overall, these anticorrosive specificities render the classic treatment of reinforcement bar passivation, preparatory to the pouring of castable mortar UNNECESSARY, provided that not too much time passes between the white metal cleaning operations and the castings of pourable mortar, at the risk of new oxidative processes being triggered. Thus, only in the event that long exposure times are foreseen between the bar-cleaning operations and the pouring of castable mortar is it advisable to treat with passivating slurry (Repar Monosteel or Repar Steel), applied by brush and only on the reinforcing bars. On-site castings or pumping carried out for any kind of structural replenishment of reinforced concrete, seismic reinforcement and adjustment, increases in cross-sectional resistance of concrete structures and masonry, anchorages of large-scale machinery (especially in the presence of significant dynamic stresses), anchoring of port bollards, deep-drawing and reinforcement works, restoration of highly-stressed industrial flooring both from a static and dynamic perspective, restoration of degraded foundations on bridges and viaducts especially whereby necessitating rapid reopening to vehicle traffic, construction of structures designed with HPC (High Performance Concrete) needs. Application surfaces must be clean, free of dust, contamination, crumbling, inconsistencies, etc., and adequately saturated-surface-dry with water. Mix the entire content of a bag of Grout 6 HP SFR with effective vertical-axis mixers for at least 6 minutes, initially introducing a slightly reduced amount of water (9% = 2.25 litres/25 kilograms bag) compared to the required total water permitted (10%–12% = 2.5litres — 3.0 litres/25 kilogram bag) whilst mixing for at least 4 minutes. After this mixing time, evaluate the consistency of the mixture and, if necessary, gradually add in the last of the water until achieving the desired workability, without exceeding the limit of 12% (3.0 litres/25-kilogram bag), mixing at high RPM for at least another two minutes. For thick casting sections, it is advisable to add Ghiaietto 6.10 (consult the relevant technical data sheet or ask for more information on the appropriate dosage of Ghiaietto 6.10 from our technical service). Given the self-levelling properties of the product and its self-compacting capacity, paying due attention to the vibration phase is recommended. Excessive zeal in the vibration operation can worsen the aesthetic rendering of the end result. Do not use in the absence of suitable lateral containment. Ensure exposed surfaces are protected and wet-cured. Adopt casting procedures to ensure the absence of voids and discontinuities. Only pour the mortar from one part of the casting perimeter to avoid air pockets. Packaging: 25 kg bag UM: €/kg
Deterg Floor - HC : Biologiczny środek czyszczący do szybkiego usuwania węglowodorów (HC)

Deterg Floor - HC : Biologiczny środek czyszczący do szybkiego usuwania węglowodorów (HC)

Deterg Floor-HC Deterg Floor - HC is a biological detergent for hydrocarbons, liquid disintegrant based on selected microorganisms with the ability to instantly degrade hydrocarbons (HC) and organic residues. It is used for cleaning hard and semi-porous surfaces contaminated by hydrocarbons and mineral oils in the industrial and petrochemical sectors. Suitable for cleaning the floors of service stations, industrial floors, metalworking workshops, car workshops, etc. The dilution of the product with clean water free of impurities that is usually carried out varies from 1 to 3% (for example: 10 liters of water + 0.1 / 0.3 liters of DETERG FLOOR-HC). For surfaces particularly impregnated with hydrocarbons such as mechanical workshops, petrol stations, etc. a 5% dilution is recommended, which can be increased up to 10%. Deep cleaning of industrial floors affected by hydrocarbon (HC) stains such as garages, car parks, mechanical workshops, docks, car workshops, etc. It is advisable to treat surfaces previously cleaned of soluble salts and dirt, taking care to eliminate even the parts with poor surface adhesion. It is always essential to close the gaps greater than 0.3 mm. Apply on dry surfaces. In case of rain or surface washing, wait for the substrate to dry. Shake DETERG FLOOR-HC well before use. Dilute the product according to your needs. Pour the product diluted with water directly on the surface to be treated and spread it with a long-bristled brush, a plush roller or a suitable liquid scraper. Wait the necessary time for the product to act at its best (usually it takes several hours) and then clean the treated surface with plenty of water. It may be necessary to repeat the operation on particularly porous substrates and particularly impregnated with hydrocarbons. PLEASE NOTE: for the product to work properly, the treated surface must remain wet with the solution. For this reason, avoid applying it in the sun or in environments subject to high temperatures. Variable according to the dilution in water carried out, the porosity of the substrate, the depth of penetration of the hydrocarbons and the extent of the area to be treated. More applications may be required to achieve complete removal of harmful impregnants. Packaging: 5-liter can UM: €/l

Consilex Barrier Cream: Wodoodporny żel na bazie silanów, w torbach 600 cc, do barier chemicznych

Consilex Barrier Cream Silane-based impregnating agent with gelatinous consistency for the formation of chemical barriers against capillary rising damp, particularly suited for new masonry, also cellular (refractory bricks, double uni, etc.). It is supplied in 600 cc aluminium-lined bags ("soft" cartridge), to be inserted in the appropriate caulking gun for sealants in bags. Consilex Barrier Cream is a silane-based concentrated cream, specifically formulated for masonry injections for forming high effectiveness chemical barriers, against capillary rising damp. The product is perfectly suitable for use in solid stonework (stone, brick, tufa, sandstone, concrete) but can also be effectively used in pierced tile blocks (cellular masonry). The cream has exceptional penetration and diffusion, and forms a stable chemical barrier, preventing damp from rising through capillaries into the masonry pores for several years. Consilex Barrier Cream combats efflorescence formation on masonry and does not alter the breathability of the media. The product is supplied in 600 cc aluminium-lined bags. To stop capillary rising damp in absorbent walls made of brick, mixtures, stones, tufa and also perforated brick, in new and old buildings, urban, rural, vintage and monuments. Draw a line parallel to the outside kerb or to the internal floor, at about 12-15 cm from the same. Prepare drilling points at 12-15 cm distance from one another on the traced line. The inclination of the holes should be between 0° (horizontal) and 20° down. The depth of the holes should be approximately 2/3 the thickness of the wall to inject. The drill bit to be used must have a diameter of 12-14 mm. Once the holes are finished, the dust produced by drilling is required to be eliminated. Consilex Barrier Cream should be injected into the wall using the special caulking gun for 600 cc or ml bags (of the type commonly used in sealants and mastics), both manual and pneumatic, according to the following procedure: - Insert the bag in the caulking gun chamber and remove the metal clip from the bag - Install the tube typically supplied with the caulking gun (instead of the plastic nozzle) - Extrude Consilex Barrier Cream in the designated holes for a consumption of about 20-25 ml per cm of masonry to be injected, per linear metre. Example: for a 40 cm wall, it will take about 1 litre per metre of Consilex Barrier Cream (25 ml/cm x 40 cm = 1000 ml per metre). - Once the injection is completed and the holes are closed (with a cement or lime mortar), the plaster should typically be removed after a few days to allow the masonry treated to dry better. - Finally, after completely drying the deplastered wall, it will be plastered again, preferably with macroporous dehumidifying plaster (Sanatigh). The consumptions specified are purely indicative, the exact amount to be used must always be determined by appropriate preliminary tests, especially in the case of perforated brickworks. Approximately 200 cc of Consilex Barrier Cream per linear metre of 10 cm thick masonry. Calculate the consumption in proportion to the thickness of the masonry to be restored. Osmocem Quick: Związek cementowy do natychmiastowego zatrzymania infiltracji wody

Osmocem Quick: Związek cementowy do natychmiastowego zatrzymania infiltracji wody

Osmocem Quick Cement compound for instantaneously stopping water leaks in underground rooms or above-ground structures, even in the presence of negative thrust pressure. Based on rapid hardening and high resistance hydraulic binders of ultrafine quartz aggregates, shrinkage compensators, micronized hydrophobic products and specific additives for the regulation of rheology. It does not contain chlorides. Mixed with water it gives rise to a mixture of thixotropic plastic consistency, easily applied even vertically, which hardens in 30" - 60", adhering perfectly to the roughened support. Immediate stop of water infiltrations in building structures: basins, tanks, cellars, lift shafts, drains, underground masonry, etc. Examples of use: waterproof sealing of cracks and holes, waterproof repair before the addition of concrete, waterproofing systems made in combination with Flexseal 300 hydro-expansive sealant and waterproof mortars of the OSMOCEM line. Thoroughly clean the contact surfaces. In the case of cracks, discontinuities, cavities, etc. preliminarily prepare application sections countersinking towards the inside of the masonry, creating a "dovetail" shape (in order to facilitate the hydraulic sealing of the intervention). Remove any detached residual material from the prepared site, by means of pressure washing and jets of compressed air. Any interventions on temporarily dry surfaces require wetting of the support to saturation. Mix with water, if possible at a temperature not less than 20°C, no more than 250-300 cc per kg of product. The product reacts immediately and it is very quick, therefore mix from time to time the quantities of product strictly necessary and immediately applicable. Apply the product on site by hand exclusively and immediately after mixing the product with water while wearing protective rubber gloves. Press the mixed product firmly into the slot or hole and hold this pressure until the setting is complete (approx. 120 – 180 seconds). In case of multiple leaks, start the application of Osmocem Quick from the higher water leaks. Where necessary, in case of pressure infiltrations, proceed with the installation of drainage with a plastic tube, with small diameter, initially sealing sections adjacent to the drainage and then, once you stop the infiltration, sealing the drainage itself. Approximately 17 kg/m² of Osmocem Quick for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 1700 kg per cubic metre). Packaging: 25 kg bag UM: €/kg

Elastotex 120 Tkanina - Elastyczny wodoodporny pasek na pośladki, 12 cm szerokości, pokryty tkaniną

Elastotex 120 Tkanina - Elastyczny wodoodporny pasek na pośladki, 12 cm szerokości, pokryty tkaniną

Elastotex 120 Cloth Waterproof butt strap, consisting of a expandable elastomeric rubber, entirely coated on both sides with absorbent fabric, with an overall width of 12 cm. The product is distinctive for its simple and easy application, the ascertained watertightness to water and the high deformation capacity. Unlike Elastotex 120, where the elastic part is represented exclusively by the central part of the product (8 cm wide), the entire width of Elastotex 120 Cloth consists of an elastomeric material (12 cm), allowing a greater maximum expansion and adaptation to structural movements. In addition, the entire width of the band is lined with absorbent fabric, so it can be impregnated on a more extended portion of its surface, ensuring superior adhesion to the support. Connection of waterproofing surfaces adjacent to joints in structures or artefacts subject to thermal or dynamic movements, particularly suitable in waterproofing coating interventions that interweave the use of Osmocem Flex or Osmocem D. The application surfaces should be clean, free of incrustations, dust and non-adhering parts, carefully roughened. Previously apply Osmocem Flex or Osmocem D on the laying surfaces (with a layer of average thickness not less than 2 mm), for a width greater than that of the Elastotex 120 Cloth butt. Lay the strap and press it appropriately in the prepared osmotic mortar, ensuring the incorporation of the latter (for the whole width of the strap) in the fabric that covers it. Complete the coating with Osmocem Flex or Osmocem D. 1.1 m/m: 1 metre of Elastotex 120 Cloth for each linear metre, being careful to overlap the rolls of approximately 5-10 cm in correspondence with the edges of the band to guarantee the permanent water tightness of the system. Rasocoat Premixed monocomponent powder compound, based on hydraulic binders, water-dispersible resins, selected siliceous and calcareous aggregates, specific agents, for the packaging, with the sole addition of water, of an adhesive thixotropic mortar for fine smoothing of elements in concrete, cementitious plasters, bastard mortar, plastic scratched, tiled coatings, HPFRC conglomerates and the bonding of expanded polystyrene and polystyrene insulation to masonry or old plaster, and polystyrene and glass fiber nets in the RINFOR SYSTEM 3 anti-tip system. Rasocoat is a gray color normal hardening smoothing compound with a maximum grain size of 0.6 mm, fiber-reinforced with Readymesh PM polypropylene microfibers. The particular composition gives the mortar obtained, by mixing Rasocoat with water only, high adhesive power even on difficult surfaces, high smoothness in application with a smooth trowel and easy surface finishing with a metal trowel or sponge float. Regularization and finishing of concrete walls, cement-based plasters or cement-lime mortar, before painting. Smoothing of plastic scratched as long as they are consistent, clean and well anchored to the substrate. Smoothing of tiled walls as long as they are firmly anchored to the substrate and after careful cleaning. Skimming of mineral wood panels (Eraclit® type). Smoothing of HPFRC conglomerates and very low porosity mortars. Realization of smoothing, coatings and gluing in thermal insulation systems, including constructions with expanded polystyrene panels. Skim coat capable of transferring stresses and incorporating ARMAGLASS STRUCTURA fiberglass meshes in the RINFOR SYSTEM 3 anti-tipping masonry system. The application surfaces must be clean, free of dirt, crumbly and incoherent parts, dust, etc. If the substrate consists of a scratched plastic or tiles, these must be consistent and well adherent to the substrate. Wash all the surfaces subject to the intervention with water in order to eliminate dusty residues that prevent proper adhesion. Absorbent substrates, such as plasters or concrete, must be thoroughly moistened with water, while substrates that are not porous or not porous, consisting of scratched plastic, tiles or HPFRC conglomerates, must be dry at the time of application. In any case, remove the surface water veils with compressed air or rags. Pour 2/3 of the total mixing water into the mixer, then gradually add the product and the remaining water, mixing until a homogeneous mixture of the desired consistency and free of lumps is obtained. Let the mixture rest for about 1 minute and then proceed with a further short mixing. Spread with a blade, smooth or notched metal trowel in the manner specific to the specific application and paying attention to the following procedures: - In the application of gluing the polystyrene panel, wait at least 24 hours (at 20 ° C), before proceeding to the following processing (smoothing, etc.). - In smoothing applications, do not exceed the overall thickness of 4 mm for each coat. The use of the Armaglass 160 alkaline-resistant fiberglass mesh is recommended. The mesh must be pressed with a smooth spatula on the still fresh mix, with the warning to create overlaps of at least 10 cm between the different mesh sheets (or in the joints between one panel and the next in the case of smoothing on heat-insulating panels). Once the first layer of Rasocoat has dried, proceed with the uniform application of the next layer. The consumption for gluing the panels is about 5-6 kg / m². Consumption for a normal two-coat reinforced leveling coat with a total thickness of 2 mm is approximately 3-4 kg / m². Consumption for reinforced leveling compounds in anti-tipping systems is approximately 8-10 kg / m². As an adhesive: approximately 5.5 kg/m². As a reinforced skim: from 3 to 4 kg/m² in normal skimming coats, from 8 to 10 kg/m² in skimming coats for the RINFOR SYSTEM 3 anti-tip system. Packaging: 25 kg bag UM: €/kg

Armaglass Pulbar

Armaglass Pulbar

Armaglass Pulbar ARMAGLASS PULBAR bars are pultruded bars made of E-CR glass fibre, known for its improved mechanical and durability characteristics compared to traditional E-glass, and impregnated with epoxy-vinyl ester thermosetting resin, thus guaranteeing perfect durability even in particularly aggressive where resistance to corrosion induced by chemical agents or stray currents becomes an essential requirement. ARMAGLASS PULBAR is sandblasted and spiral wound in order to ensure perfect adhesion to the concrete in accordance with the current qualification and design guidelines. Suitable for any type of joint between prefabricated elements, infills, bodies of different structures, partitions, doors and window frames, flooring. The insertion of a "joint base" filler material has many functions in both static and expansion joints: sizing the joint in the most appropriate shape and measurements for the characteristics of the sealant to be used, reducing the stresses internal to the sealant itself and on the adhesion to the walls; favouring the contact of the sealant with the side walls during joint filling; reducing sealant consumption. Sold in circular sections with a diameter equal to: 6, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40 mm. 10, 15 and 30 mm sections are available ready to ship, other sizes are provided by request only. Filling the "joint base" for any type of joint between prefabricated elements, infills, bodies of different structures, partitions, doors and window frames, flooring, prior to laying the elastic sealant in the joint itself. The diameter of Filtene Fondogiunto should be about 25% greater than the width of the joint to allow a stable positioning of the profile and create sufficient resistance to the pressure exerted by the sealant during extrusion. Push with a tool with a rounded tip (free of sharp and pointy edges), capable of crossing the width of the joint, Filtene Fondogiunto, up to the desired depth and so as to leave on the surface an adequately deep seat for the subsequent sealant. Normally the depth of the sealing should be about half the width of the joint. Polyethylene foam is unaffected by solvents contained in the primers, but it is a good idea never to apply the adhesion promoter Protech Flex Primer on Filtene Fondogiunto, in order not to alter the anti-adherence properties. FILTENE can then be inserted into the joint after applying the primer, when the "dust-free time" is attained. Product to be purchased as needed. Packaging: Bulk - Diameter 16 mm UM: €/m

Armaglass Structura 250 : 280 gramów/m2 alkalia odporna siatka z włókna szklanego

Armaglass Structura 250 280 g/m2 structural reinforcement mesh with 25 x 25 mm square mesh, in alkali-resistant fibreglass, containing >16% zirconium dioxide, constructed with a leno weave and primed with thermosetting polymer. Certified mesh for the anti-detachment of flooring; easy and quick to apply, to handle and to cut. It combines lightness and thinness with excellent mechanical characteristics in the warp and weft. Resistant to atmospheric agents and aggressive environments, conferring durability to the composite systems in which it is used. Suitable for any substrate and perfectly compatible with both cement-based and lime-based mortars. Ideal for any type of substrate. Particularly suited to preventing slab detachment in combination with special steel components, also together with mortars with a Unisan hydraulic binder base, which increases the performance of the system by ensuring breathability and a dehumidifying effect. Armaglass Structura 250 is a mesh for the structural reinforcement and consolidation of masonry and vaulted structures. It is ideal for reinforcing plasters with anti-overturning function, for the reinforcement and distribution of shrinkage stresses on walkable or drainage screeds and concrete flooring. A certified mesh to prevent slab detachment in combination with special steel components (screws, dowels, flanges). Application on masonry and vaults: In the event that connectors are being used, proceed with creating holes of a suitable diameter, in accordance with the chosen connection system and arranged in line with the design instructions and with the selected connection system (Armaglass Connector, Armaglass Connector SINGLE, Armaglass Connector Twin). Secure the connectors with resin anchors (Syntech Profix) or hydraulic binder-based slurry (Grout Cable, Sanafluens). Apply an initial layer of mortar (see the technical data sheet of the selected product), positioning the Armaglass Structura 250 mesh on the still-fresh mortar, taking care to ensure an overlap of at least 10 centimetres, before applying the second layer of mortar. Whilst the mortar is still fresh, lay the mesh sheeting, proceeding from top to bottom, and immersing with the help of a putty knife, being sure to overlap each segment by at least 10 centimetres and impeding the formation of bubbles and bends. Application on screeds: Apply an initial layer of screed (see the technical data sheet of the selected product), laying the Armaglass Structura 250 mesh on the first layer of still-fresh screed, taking care to ensure an overlap of at least 10 centimetres, then applying the second layer of screed. 1.1 m/m²: The sheets adjacent to the fibreglass mesh are to be overlapped along the edges by at least 10 centimetres. Armaglass Grid 33: Monolityczna siatkowa łącznik z włókna szklanego i żywicy epoksydowej

Armaglass Grid 33 Armaglass Grid 33 is a square reinforcement gusset, with a side of 17 cm, made with glass yarn bars and pultruded epoxy resin. The monolithic, bidirectional mesh has a 33x33mm mesh, with a bar diameter of 3mm. The bars are intertwined with each other through a stitching thread, using a unique technology that allows the formation of joints between the longitudinal and transverse bars with high mechanical resistance. The epoxy resin guarantees the mesh high dimensional stability, alkali resistance and improves the mechanical characteristics. Armaglass Grid 33 is a component of our RINFOR SYSTEM systems, which also include GFRP networks, gussets and connectors combined with our lime-based or cement-based mortars. To be used in combination with Armaglass Structura meshes in pultruded glass for the reinforcement of masonry and concrete structures through the reinforced plaster technique (CRM system: Composite Reinforced Mortar). To prepare the support, carefully follow what is indicated in the technical data sheets of the mortar with which Armaglass Grid 33 is combined. Apply Armaglass Grid 33 together with the Armaglass Connectors provided in the reinforced plastering cycle, in order to guarantee greater structural collaboration between the mesh, connector and mortar of the RINFOR SYSTEM reinforcement system. Based on the connectors provided in the CRM system. Packaging: Bulk from 1 piece UM: €/piece
Readymesh MM-150 : 15 mm cienkie włókna stalowe

Readymesh MM-150 : 15 mm cienkie włókna stalowe

Readymesh MM-150 Fibres, obtained by the cutting of steel wire, with improved adhesion profile, for three-dimensional general structural reinforcement of cement-based conglomerates. The addition of Readymesh MM-150 significantly increases the mechanical performance of the structure in terms of toughness, ductility, fatigue, dynamic stress, shock, wear, tensile and shear strength and even post-cracking and damage behaviour. Readymesh MM-150 are particularly recommended for increasing ductility, toughness and thermal conductivity in concrete coatings for floor heating systems. General preparation of screeds, cements and fibre-reinforced concrete. Particularly recommended for compact prefabrications, thin concrete floorings and radiant floor heating systems. "Readymesh MM-150 fibres must be added to the concrete during mixing. It is recommended to pour the fibres directly onto the loading belt of the concrete mixer during the loading of the aggregates. Alternatively, it is possible to add them directly into the mixer after loading the concrete or into the onsite mixer. In this case, extend the mixing time by at least one minute (after a minimum of 3 minutes) for every m³ of packaged concrete in order to achieve optimal distribution. If using a 200-litre onsite mixer, add the fibres immediately after loading part of the aggregates and before adding the remaining parts. The typical dosage of Readymesh MM-150 fibres varies from 15 to 30kg/m³. Conglomerates with Readymesh MM-150 can be easily transported and used with pumps, joiners, vibratory finishing machines, roadway extruders (e.g. slipform paver), etc. These fibres are typically used in conglomerates that have an aggregate diameter not exceeding 10-15mm." Variable according to the type of work to be carried out and/or performance to be achieved. Packaging: 20 kg bag UM: €/kg
